Return Policy of RuO GmbH

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RuO GmbH, Birnenweg 6, 72766 Reutlingen, E-Mail: info@ruo-gmbh.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via e-mail or letter).

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

3. Return of Goods

You are obliged to return the goods to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal declaration.
You, as the customer, shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Return of Bulky Fitness Equipment (Freight Items)

Our fitness equipment is large and heavy. Therefore, return via regular parcel service is not possible.

You have two options:

• Own Return Shipment: You arrange the return via freight forwarding at your own expense.
• Collection by Us: We offer you the option of having the goods collected by our freight forwarding service.
  The costs for this depend on weight, volume, and distance.
  We will inform you transparently about the exact costs in advance.
  The costs will be deducted from your refund.
  
  

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  
  

6. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price minus any applicable collection costs.
The refund will be made within 14 days after the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
